If you are terrified of dancing or have no rhythm, even better, but I guarantee that if you give Val five solid hours of your time and attention, she will give you vision, strategy, and guidance until you have something that you are very comfortable with.
For me, Val, helped build confidence (maybe a little too much) and even helped me teach my mom how to dance.
It is an experience, the large space is warm and inviting. Music is played through a great and encompassing system. At times, you forget that anyone else is there besides you and your dance partner, and at other times, Val opens your eyes by correcting a mistake or introducing a new idea that elicits excitement.
